Lazy!!

i hate myself for being lazy..i feel like a useless person sometimes..
the fact is i am lazy!!!, i feel lazy to stand or walk..i just feel like sleeping the whole time..
and always in the blank

how to make myself feel energetic and active on my daily routines?
to be more punctual on my time...i feel like a mutated sloth now!
i rarely blog nowadays..don't have much to write about..
i seldom go out and social..or anything to review about..
friends are busy on their studies or works..me alone damn free..
that's the bad part about shift hours..u can't lepak around with friends in the afternoon
because we need to sleep so we won't look like a zombie at night ..
but when we slept in the day..no matter how long u sleep it won't satisfy..

Got to keep fit soon or else i'll become someone in the Star wars Character
